My education background includes a M.S. in Counseling, M.Ed. in Reading and a M.Ed in Elementary Education. I also have a B.S. in Business Marketing.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed by the State of Texas Board of Examiners. I provide counseling services for adults, children, adolescents and families. I am also certified as a Registered Play Therapist, Certified Child Centered Play Therapist and a Texas Professional School Counselor. I have worked in education for over 20 years gaining a wealth of experience working with children and adolescents in both primary and secondary education.
I believe that individuals are more likely to reach their full potential once they develop their sense of self confidence. I am warm, compassionate, nurturing and devoted to providing a safe, non- judgmental environment for my clients as they begin to step forward. I work with clients from a variety of backgrounds and have experience in both individual and group settings.

Step Forward Counseling, PLLC is also an out-of-network provider and will be happy to assist you in providing your insurance company the necessary documentation.

Cancellation Policy
We require a 24 hour cancellation notice or rescheduling request.
If you do not give 24 hour notice, you will be charged $50.
If you fail to show for an appointment, you will be charged $75.
